Ingredients:
100g (10) red chillies
50g (5) shallots
10g (2cm) ginger
30g dried prawns
20g shrimp paste
20g tamarind paste, mix with 1 cup of water
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
Method:
1. Mix pounded ingredients with tamarind juice and salt.
2. Serve with grilled beef or seafood.
